User Support Position
At Transparent Classroom we provide an online platform that Montessori educators use to manage their school and classroom, plan lessons, and record the children’s work. By sharing Transparent Classroom with family communities, schools give parents a window into their child’s day and build a deeper understanding of Montessori pedagogy.

- Are comfortable participating in a collaborative and experimental working environment
- Are comfortable with technology
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Are passionate about education and supporting teachers
- Are comfortable asking for help when needed and providing help when asked
- Have experience with Montessori, and preferably Transparent Classroom
Your role would include…
- Approximately 30% of your working time would be spent presenting live virtual demos and training to schools
- Approximately 30% of your working time would be spent answering support emails from our customers
- Participate in collective management via weekly company-wide meetings and through participation in the User Support Circle decision-making and work
- Steward Transparent Classroom’s diversity, equity, and inclusion values throughout your work
- Opportunities to travel to work at Montessori conferences and team events
- Draw on Montessori philosophy to inform customer support and project work
- Professional growth through passion projects, team and elective trainings, etc
- A consistent 32-hour work week, M-F
